Livy was overwhelmed with where to start in her journey of eating better and relieving her painful menstrual cycles. She knew it was because of lifestyle choices she needed to change but felt stuck.
Together, Livy and I addressed her overwhelm with taking simple steps to modify her diet. We created a meal plan and prepping routine with foods to nourish each stage of her cycle.
Livy gained tools and knowledge on how to manage menstrual pain with simple lifestyle modifications
Livy now has a reference guide of recipes and detailed grocery list for each meal with a game plan on meal prep to fit her busy schedule
Livy has been empowered in her abilities in the kitchen and her intuition around food giving her more motivation and dedication to continue this sustainable way of living
